How it works & terms

Eligible orders: A completed TESTDOG order worth at least £120 excluding VAT, after discounts, with a successfully uploaded purchase order (PO). Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum. Cancelled or fully refunded orders are excluded.
Monthly and overall limits: Each customer may claim one £25 gift card per calendar month and a maximum of three gift cards (£75 total) across this promotion. The month is based on the order’s first successful PO upload date in UK time, not its issue date, completion date or feedback date. Each order may earn one reward only; replacing a PO or resubmitting feedback does not create another entitlement.
Feedback and your reward request: Sign in to My TESTDOG with the account associated with your order, open Feedback and submit your honest feedback. Then complete the reward claim form, confirm your employer or institution permits you to accept the gift, and accept these terms. Submitting feedback alone is not a reward application. Our customer service team may also send you the form link. Every claim is checked manually; submitting the form does not guarantee approval. Duplicate or fabricated submissions are excluded.
Delivery within 72 hours: For an eligible, complete claim, your gift card will be sent to your registered customer email address within 72 hours of submitting the claim form, following manual review. A work or personal registered email may be used, subject to your employer or institution permitting the gift. The delivery email will contain your gift card or redemption instructions. If it has not arrived after 72 hours, check your junk folder and contact us with your project number. Earlier eligible feedback submitted under our previous automatic-request wording remains subject to the earlier delivery commitment; an additional confirmation request does not restart that clock.
Your opinion stays independent: Positive and critical feedback qualify equally. No public review, five-star rating, recommendation or removal of criticism is required. This offer is for feedback submitted directly to TESTDOG, not reviews on third-party platforms. Any later public use of rewarded feedback will disclose the incentive.
Employer and institutional policies: Before claiming, you must check with your employer or institution that you may accept the gift and obtain any approval its policies require. You must confirm this in the claim form. Do not claim where the gift would conflict with internal gifts or rewards rules, procurement, anti-bribery or professional obligations. TESTDOG relies on your confirmation and does not routinely contact your employer to obtain approval on your behalf.
Gift card and promoter: The reward is a £25 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, rather than a cash refund against your order. We intend to fulfil rewards through Amazon Incentives; our team arranges each approved gift card manually. Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and any redemption instructions supplied with the card apply.
